I am in the process of building universital, a start-up to create and license software for universities to have a fully functional mobile application for student use. First, I spent almost 9 months conducting market research regarding the features that would be most beneficial to include in the app while not appearing overwhelming/confusing for users. After drawing useful conclusions for the study, I worked to develop this design using some of the features that were recommended. View the research here!

This app was made as a fun exercise to design a map-based app. I wanted to explore how to condense a heavy load of information in a digestable way for the user.
I ran through a few weeks of user testing and iteration in the design before landing on this prototype with functionality on Figma. -
NOM is a quick exercise I did to figure out how to best organize text-heavy and information-dense apps!

I started QuicKey with a group of 5 individuals as part of the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology Summer institute. We manufactured a self-adhesive device that students can put on their doors, which allows them to open the door without a key. Students can either open the door with RFID technology or by clicking the button on the app, no matter the distance from the residence. I built these three main slides for the app to showcase during the pitch competition to investors.

Optime was an idea I worked on during COVID with an attempt to fill empty seats at dead times by sending out coupons. I built out a simple sign-in and user flow for this idea.

This was the first app I made and what initially introduced me to computer science. I met an endocrinologist that was complaining to me about issues with mis-prescriptions at her practice due to quick mistakes from back-of-the-envelope math required to calculate insulin dosages. I thought this would be a simple app to make, and I was able to throw together a quick design as well!

This was a project I won 1st place for as part of the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation's Designathon.

uFab is a PCB manufacturing startup that I did communication consulting for by redesigning and restructuring their website. I took stock of all information they wanted and later organized and designed it to make it easier for both the user and buyer (two different personas in this case) to find necessary information.
